If you are not satisfied with your SwiftWill for any reason, email [wills@swiftwill.co.uk](mailto:wills@swiftwill.co.uk) within 30 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout (or quote your order reference), and we will refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no retention scripts. ## What does the refund cover? - The single will (£35) — full refund within 30 days - Mirror wills (£55) — full refund within 30 days - The solicitor-review add-on (£25) — refunded if the review has not yet been completed ## How is a SwiftWill refund processed? Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. We action them within 2 working days; banks typically take a further 5–10 working days to show the credit. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. ## What happens after a refund? An unsigned will has no legal effect, so there is nothing to return or destroy on our account. If you printed and signed the document and later receive a refund, you should destroy that signed original, since the guarantee is offered in good faith. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page. ## Why does SwiftWill offer a no-questions refund? A will is a trust purchase. You should be able to read your completed document — the whole thing, before and after payment — and walk away with your money back if it is not right for you. Combined with the free full-document preview before payment, the guarantee means you never pay for a will you have not read. ## Frequently asked questions ### Can I really get a refund after downloading my will? Yes. The guarantee applies even after you have downloaded the PDF. An unsigned will has no legal effect anyway, so there is nothing to 'return' — we simply refund you in full. ### How long does a refund take? We action refunds within 2 working days; the money typically reaches your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank, back to the original payment method. ### Does the guarantee cover the mirror wills and the solicitor-review add-on? Yes to both. The £55 mirror-will package is covered in full. If you bought the £25 solicitor review and the review has not yet been completed, it is refunded too; if the review has been completed, the review fee itself is earned but the will fee is still refundable within 30 days. ### What if 30 days have passed? The guarantee window is 30 days from purchase. After that, refunds are at our discretion — but remember that updates are free for life, so if the issue is that your circumstances changed, simply log back in and regenerate your will at no cost.
