Marcus Kaiser is Legal Content Lead at SwiftWill, a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd (company no. 17250017). He writes the public guides on signing, intestacy, costs and when to use a solicitor. He is not a practising solicitor, and nothing he writes here is legal advice.
The work is desk research against primary sources, not first-hand courtroom experience. We state that on every page because implying experience we do not have is a trust defect.
What does he write — and what does he refuse?
He writes decision pages: is an online will legal, who should skip SwiftWill, who inherits without a will. He refuses scare tactics, unsourced statistics, and competitor smears.
