What does SwiftWill do?
SwiftWill turns your answers to a guided interview into a will document for England and Wales. The interview asks suitability questions first, then collects your details, executors, any guardians for children under 18, specific gifts, who receives the rest of your estate and their substitutes, an inheritance age for younger beneficiaries, funeral wishes and notes on pets and digital assets. Couples can make mirror wills, one for each partner.
You read a full preview before paying. After payment is confirmed you download the PDF will, a witnessing card with the signing steps, and a private recovery file that lets you return to the interview and regenerate the will for the same people later without an update fee. The will is valid only once you print it and sign it in front of two independent witnesses.

What is outside the service?
SwiftWill does not give individual legal advice, assess anyone's mental capacity, store your signed original or act as an executor. Its automated wills are meant for straightforward circumstances. Trusts, inheritance tax planning, business or foreign assets, a vulnerable dependant, a blended family, an upcoming marriage, leaving out someone who depends on you, or a likely dispute need a solicitor. The interview asks about these before you pay, and this guide explains why.
Who runs SwiftWill?
SwiftWill is a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17250017 (see the Companies House record). The company was founded by Kaiser Khan and also runs InstantDeedPoll.co.uk, which prepares deed polls and statutory declarations, and FuneralFinder.org, a free UK directory of funeral directors with guidance for bereaved families.
How are the guides written and checked?
Guides are published by SwiftWill as an organisation and link their figures to primary sources such as GOV.UK, legislation.gov.uk and HMRC. Each page shows when it was first published and last updated. A scheduled check flags changes on the official and provider pages the guides rely on for editorial review, and confirmed mistakes are fixed and recorded in the corrections log. The editorial policy sets out the rules, including what the site will not publish.
How does SwiftWill handle your data?
Your interview draft stays in your own browser until checkout. Card payments are handled by Stripe. After payment, answers are held encrypted only for delivery and are scheduled for deletion within seven days; the recovery file you keep is how you update the will later. Usage statistics record only an event name and a broad referral category, never an identifier, and you can switch them off at the foot of any page. The privacy information explains each point.
