SwiftWill is new, and we made a deliberate choice: no cherry-picked on-site testimonials, no hardcoded star ratings, no borrowed reviews. The independent Trustpilot widget appears here and across the site once we have 20 or more verified reviews — a threshold we will not fake our way past.

How are reviews collected?

Every customer receives a Trustpilot invitation about 24 hours after their will is delivered, with one gentle reminder a week later. We never offer incentives for positive reviews, and we cannot edit or remove reviews — that is the point of using an independent platform.

Do negative reviews get published?

Yes — that is what independent means. Trustpilot publishes all genuine reviews, positive and negative, and we reply to the negatives in public. If we get something wrong, we would rather fix it visibly than hide it.

Until there are reviews, what can I check?
