Where is SwiftWill available?
SwiftWill is an online document-preparation service for England and Wales. The interview and document delivery are online, and support is by email; we do not offer telephone or face-to-face appointments. We do not prepare wills for Scotland or Northern Ireland. If you need individual advice or an appointment, see when to use a solicitor and choose a provider for the relevant jurisdiction.
How do you contact SwiftWill support?
Email wills@swiftwill.co.uk — a real person replies, usually within one working day. Please include the email address you used at checkout if your question is about an existing order.
What can support help with?
- Refunds — email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions. Terms at /refunds/.
- Updating your will — import your recovery file at /start/ and regenerate with the matching paid order; updates for the same people are free. There is no online login.
- Signing questions — start with how to sign a will and who can witness; email us if anything is unclear.
